NSF Check Collection

Our agency has the ability to electronically collect your bad check through our RCK process. If we do not successfully collect your bad check electronically, we will provide regular collection services at no extra charge. This involves sending notices, making telephone calls, and reporting the information to the three national credit bureaus. In addition to this, bad check writers will be inputted into our database, which will prohibit them from writing checks at certain large retail chains.
